There are many reasons to do yoga and each practice is unique to the individual. However, one of the things I’ve learned is: consistency is key!
Since it is the new year, many people put “being healthy” as one of their New Year’s Resolutions. To keep up with that resolution, it is important to consistently take actions aligned with being healthy.
Yoga is a perfect way to, not only be healthy, but keep present to all the pleasantries of life.
If you aren’t experienced in yoga, that’s actually perfect. This is a year to take action and practice. It can be done in your own home now with the helps of Wellnest. Find out more at mywellnest.com!
I am currently doing the 31 days of yoga for the month of January to stay consistent with my practice. Who else will join me? If you’re in to join, post your results in the comment section below!
